A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and adjacent tissues.

It is made of acrylic and resin. A partial is made of hypo-allergenic resin.

Complete dentures replace all the teeth, while a partial denture fills in the spaces

created by missing teeth and prevents other teeth from changing position.

Even though dentures are not real teeth, they must be treated as if they are real.

Regular cleaning and evaluation by your dentist will ensure that they

     serve you well for a long time.  Occasionally,  partial dentures

and dentures may need minor adjustments  in order for them to fit correctly.

It is very important to keep them clean, as dentures can harbor harmful

bacteria that can be problematic for other oral tissues.
